Blogs, Twitter, and other social web sites can be a very useful tool for teachers and students. Teach Thought lists 60 ways Twitter could improve a classroom. Some of the ways that they said was that it could be used as a bulletin board for students to stay in the loop. Professor Jordan Shapiro has observed that Student talk to him more with Twitter, such as asking questions about the lecture, or even just having conversions. Rachael Barillari at the Daily Orange stated that the bond between professor and student is an extremely important factor in comprehensive learning and Web 2.0 sites can greatly improve this bond.
